Minneola is the hub of southwest Kansas, located in Clark County and is great place to raise a family. Minneola Schools have an excellent reputation of maintaining high academic standards and over 90% of Minneola High School graduates go on to higher education.

Minneola is a community to bring your friends and family to shop at our local florist shops... grab a bite to eat or get groceries at the grocery store and have a picnic in one of the shady parks... check out the school and churches for any number of activities... or just fill up your gas tank, read the Minneola newspaper, and relax a few minutes at our Corner Store or Coop/Ampride gas station. We would love to have you come and visit our wonderful community.

Blanche Tennis was the first graduate from Minneola High School. We found the picture in a 1915 Minneola Record newspaper. She was the only graduate that first year!

Minneola’s Community Day and Alumni Reunion is set for May 23rd - 24th. Donations are now being accepted to help with the expense of putting on this fantastic event. You can now make a direct donation using the PayPal donate button found on the city of Minneola’s facebook page. On the left side of our page you'll notice a "Donate" app. If you click this link, it will take you through a secure PayPal payment process where you can donate to help with the cost of this event. All money raised will be used to put on the many events (outdoor movies, "WeGlo" race, parade, national quilt show, concerts and more) associated with the weekend.

Thank you for your help in making this event the best it can be; donations of any size are appreciated!
